We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept your return if you are not happy with your purchase.
All items must be received back in our store within 30 days of invoice date. Credits will be issued on your credit card or merchandise
credit if requested within one billing cycle. We do not credit back shipping charges. Any claims for damaged goods or packaging errors
must be made in writing to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged packages/merchandise must be returned to us in the original
packaging.
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size, color or item, please place a new order. You will be
charged when your new item ships and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.
Merchandise must be in perfect condition. If merchandise is damaged, laundered, soiled, worn, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a
musty odor, you are required to have the merchandise picked up (we do not ship merchandise back to you).
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. Please make sure you track and insure your item. We cannot be
responsible for any lost packages.
Although we do take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages stolen or
missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation scanned by the carrier.
All final sale items are in fact a final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
All Special Orders are ordered exclusively for you which mean we do not stock these items. All Special Orders are a final sale. All
final sales may not be returned.
